For Germany and Austria: Delivery times stated are non-binding estimates. If a specific delivery date was explicitly agreed in writing, we will inform you immediately if we cannot meet that deadline and offer you the choice to wait or cancel the order with a full refund.

7.4 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to the following products:
· Runners (Traverse): Cut to custom dimensions specified by you.
· Curtains and Drapes (Draperii și Perdele): Custom-made to order based on your specifications.
These goods are considered customized products made according to your specifications and cannot be returned under the standard withdrawal right, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
