1. General Information

This Returns and Exchanges Policy describes how you can exercise your right of withdrawal, return products, request exchanges, and obtain refunds for purchases made on our Website.

Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU and national consumer protection laws.


2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

2.1 Standard Withdrawal Right

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

·         The day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the products, or

·         In the case of multiple products ordered in one order and delivered separately, the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last product.

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, by an unequivocal statement. You may use (but are not obliged to use) the model withdrawal form provided in our Terms and Conditions.

Please include your order number, your full name, the products you wish to return, and your contact details.

2.3 Deadline

Your withdrawal notice is considered timely if it is sent before the withdrawal period has expired (14 calendar days).


3. Return of Products

3.1 Return Period

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send back the products without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

3.2 Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a refund:

·         Products must be returned in a condition allowing resale: unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

·         Products should be returned in their original packaging, including any labels, accessories, or promotional items included in the shipment.

We reserve the right to deduct from your refund any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to how you would handle them in a physical store).

3.3 Return Address

The return address and any specific return instructions will be communicated in your order confirmation, on our Website, or by our customer service upon your withdrawal request.


4. Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, certain products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. This includes, in particular:

·         Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (for example, custom-length runners or made-to-measure curtains and drapes).

·         Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.

Where a product is not eligible for withdrawal, this will be clearly indicated on the product page and/or during checkout, in accordance with applicable law.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated or required by mandatory law:

·         You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

·         We do not accept parcels sent "cash on delivery" (COD) or unpaid.

If we delivered the wrong product or a defective/damaged product, we will bear the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide an alternative solution (e.g. replacement without requiring a return, depending on the case).


6. Refunds

6.1 What We Refund

If you withdraw from the contract within the applicable period and the products are eligible for return, we will refund:

·         The price you paid for the returned products.

·         The initial standard delivery costs (if any), up to the amount of the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us at the time of your order.

If you chose a more expensive type of delivery (e.g. express), we are not obliged to refund the additional cost.

6.2 Refund Method and Timing

·         Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise.

·         You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund itself.

·         We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of return (whichever is earlier).

·         We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is earlier.


7. Defective or Damaged Products

Your statutory rights regarding defective products remain unaffected. If a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within the legal guarantee period:

·         Please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage.

·         After assessment, we may offer repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.

In the case of confirmed defects or damage attributable to us or the carrier, we will bear the reasonable costs of returning the product, or provide a replacement without requiring a return, depending on the specific situation.


8. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct product-for-product exchanges via the Website for cross-border EU orders.

If you wish to receive a different product, size, or color, you can:

1.       Exercise your right of withdrawal and return the original product for a refund, then

2.      Place a new order for the desired product.

Where possible and at our discretion, our customer service may offer a practical solution depending on stock availability.


9. Country-Specific Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns and Exchanges Policy limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence within the European Union.

If the consumer protection laws in your country grant you more favorable rights (for example, longer deadlines or additional remedies), those mandatory provisions will prevail.
