We deliver to all member states of the European Union (except Romania, which is served by a separate website).
All orders are shipped with reputable courier partners (such as GLS or equivalent local partners), depending on the destination country and operational availability.
· Orders are normally processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
· During peak periods (sales, holidays, campaigns), processing time may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

1.7 Failed Delivery and Return to Sender
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel (for example, incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcel):
· The shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
· We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (additional shipping costs may apply) or a refund (excluding the original shipping cost, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law).
